Note: The Lead Road Captain will signal when the group ride officially ends. This might happen before reaching the final stop or returning to the start. After that, Road Captains won’t lead, and you’ll ride on your own.

Impairment Policy

Safety comes first. Drinking alcohol or using drugs before or during a ride isn’t safe or responsible. Here’s how we handle it:West Texas Chapter doesn’t allow alcohol or drugs on rides.We don’t provide alcohol at Chapter events.If someone seems impaired before a ride, they can’t join.If someone uses alcohol or drugs during a ride, they’ll be asked to leave.Every member is expected to back this policy—no exceptions.

Photography Policy

We’ll be taking photos, videos, and recordings at West Texas Chapter events. By joining in, you agree to let Harley-Davidson Motor Company® and its team use your image, voice, name, or other details in any media, forever, for any purpose.

Release Forms and Waivers

If our West Texas Chapter website offers downloadable forms or event sign-ups, they’ll meet H.O.G.’s legal requirements. This includes membership enrollment and release forms designed to protect the West Texas Chapter and Harley-Davidson from liability.

Privacy and Data

When we collect member info—like through forms or event registrations—the West Texas Chapter will follow privacy laws and Harley-Davidson’s rules. We won’t misuse your personal data, period.

Trademark Use

The West Texas Chapter will use Harley-Davidson and H.O.G. trademarks the right way—no tweaks or changes. This keeps things clear and avoids suggesting unofficial ties or messing with the brand.
